Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Increview Technologies Private Limited. By using this website, creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

We provide software. We are a technology company. We do not provide legal services, legal advice or representation, and no part of the service creates a lawyer and client relationship between you and us.

Specific platforms have their own product terms that sit alongside these. Where a product term conflicts with these terms, the product term applies for that product.

• You must give accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Some features require professional verification. We may refuse, suspend or revoke verification where information cannot be confirmed.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or use the service to help someone else break the law.
• Breach professional conduct rules, including rules on advertising and solicitation that apply to you.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes another person's rights.
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or confidential to someone else.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, resell or overload the service.
• Present AI-generated output as reviewed professional work without reviewing it.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate the service for you, and to comply with law. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Some features generate drafts, summaries, research and suggestions. These are aids to professional judgment, not a substitute for it. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving any output before you rely on it, file it or send it to a client or a court.

• Prices for paid plans are shown on the relevant product page or in your order form.
• Fees are billed in advance for the subscription period you choose, unless your order form says otherwise.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Applicable GST or local taxes are added at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect for you.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Access and delivery timelines are described in our Service Delivery Policy.

The service, including its software, design, text, logos and brand names, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of that to you. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.

The service may link to or integrate with third-party services such as app stores, messaging platforms, payment processors and publishing tools. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, where we are required to by law, or where continued access creates a security or legal risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice first and a chance to fix the problem.

On termination you may export your content for a reasonable period, after which we delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to keep the service available, accurate and secure, but we provide it on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your breach of law or professional conduct rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give notice through the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
